Adam Lambert has been confirmed as the headliner for this years Pride in the Street festival (Gay Pride) on Saturday, June 15.
The "American Idol" star and Grammy nominee will perform a 90-minute set with a full band and dancers on the outdoor stage on Liberty Avenue. Last year Melissa Etheridge drew a record crowd of 6,800 to the event, with is presented by The Delta Foundation of Pittsburgh.
Tickets are $35 in advance and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, April 5, online at www.pittsburghpride.org/tickets .
Concert-goers must be 18 or older or accompanied by a parent or guardian.
