I signed up with the wrong email
Our ticketing and membership system uses REAL email addresses to send your tickets and notifications too.  If you used a fake or typed in your email adress incrrectly during purchase or sign up and have not received your tickets, we cannot assist.

If you have paid via paypal, please contact us with your paypal address nad nominated username and possible email -- if you paid via stripe and have not recieved your tickets, contact our support before 48 hours on the nominated event.

It is up to your to register with a valid email address.

Any free tickets registered to an email address that bounces back as fake with be voided and you wont be admitted.
