Here are some commonly asked questions regarding our What's On Listings.


YES. What's On Listings are FREE for registered members to place.

If you are wanting to advertise your commercial event however, we do ask that you take advantage of our very cost effective and great advertising options.


Please Note: We reserve the right to edit or adjust FREE listings to fit our editorial and commercial guidelines.


ADDRESS / VENUE


Please put in your event location as it would appear on Google Maps. Listings with venue only names (e.g.: Suchnsuch Theatre) will be deleted as it mucks up the GPS navigation for listings on our apps.

If you are unsure of how the venue your event writes its address, please check via Google.



REPEAT EVENTS / SEASONS


For these types of listings, please contact us to discuss options.



INVITE FRIENDS NOT WORKING?


Due to the ever changing landscape of Facebook's API, the invite friends function may or may not work for you at present.
You can however, promote your URL and members can RSVP that way.
We apologise for the inconvenience.


HOW TO UPLOAD / CHANGE AVATAR / EVENT IMAGE


On your event listing, where the event graphic is, hover your mouse. A "change avatar" link will appear. click on this to open an ajax upload window.

Select the graphics file you wish to upload (taking note of file type and size restrictions)

The AJAX system will automatically start to upload the image once you have selected it - it may not look like its doing anything - please be patient.

The window will then offer you the chance of selecting your thumbnail. You can alter it here if you so desire.

Then select ok.

The window will disappear - but will not show on YOUR page until you refresh your browser.
