The international anti bullying movement "IT GETS BETTER" has gotten a local chapter, with an Australian Campaign starting up to help local kids connect with positive stories and role models and to help combat bullying within our own country.
A website, www.itgetsbetter.com.au has been set up with key community and mainstream social networks picking up the challenge to help assist anyone struggling with bullying or coming out.
Plans are underway for local videos, support messages and a lot more, with many community groups expressing an interest in getting involved in the Australian version.
If you are keen on supporting the movement, you can email itgetsbetter//.at.//itgetsbetter.com.au
Other actions this month to assist bullying victims, include an international WEAR PURPLE day to raise visibility, this Friday, October 15.
