Its been a struggle to find a good balance between working out and eating right for me - but who doesn't want to look like Thor right? worth a try - and try I did. this plan has everything - from workouts, you can actually achieve to meal ideas that fulfill the tummy and help you shed the kg's! I am now totally living by this book and treating anyone who comes over for a feed to one of the recipes, making my love of the kitchen still shine whilst eating right :) I can do no wrong!
