Everyone knows the biggest part of the arm is the TRICEP! So let’s spend some time this week on some exercises that target the tricep so it can grow and send a message all the way across the gym!! That message is.. Look at these GUNS!
This routine contains 4 exercises that will really help you get that super PUMP you’ve been looking for. Some people like to do biceps and triceps on the same day, some like to do chest and triceps, it’s all the same to me! If you are CIRCUIT TRAINING.. feel free to swap in one or two of these exercises into your routine and simply bump up the reps!
